How do you troubleshoot an air compressor in summer?

In summer, when the air compressor is used in a continuous high temperature environment,the most common failure is high temperature shutdown,how to avoid this problem as below:

1. Controlling the ambient temperature of the equipment room 

   The operating environment of the air compressor should be below 38 ℃.

2. Air-cooled air compressor to remove radiator dust.

3. Water-cooled air compressor reduces the inlet water temperature

   Check whether the cooling water temperature and water pressure are normal. The air inlet temperature of the air compressor generally does not exceed 35 ℃, and the water pressure is between 0.3 ~ 0.5Mpa.

4. Air compressor filters regular maintenance

   Mainly include: air filter, oil filter, air oil separator.
