Daily maintenance of the air dryer
Check whether the condenser is clean before starting to avoid poor heat dissipation;
Check whether the safety device is reliable before starting;
Check whether the working pressure and working current are normal after the equipment runs for 10-20min;
After running in compressed air for 10-20min, check whether the automatic drain is adequate for drainage;
Open the drain valve more than twice a week;
The manual drain valve of the equipment needs to drain more than twice a day;
When the ambient temperature is high, please check whether it exceeds 38 ℃. If it is higher, please improve it.
