1. The main reasons for frequent air leakage are: the valve seat and the valve core are not tightly sealed, the joint surface is worn, scale and dirt; the spring deformation: the position of the weight on the lever moves; the valve seat or valve core support The face is skewed; the lever or stem is not vertical, and the spool cannot be returned to its original position when lifted to reduce pressure.
2. The opening pressure is reached but it does not open. The main reasons and treatment methods are:
(1) When the weight moves toward the end of the lever or the spring is too tight or the pressure range of the spring is not suitable, the position of the weight can be adjusted to relax the spring or replace the spring.
(2) When the valve seat and valve core are stuck and rusted, you can use your hand to lift the exhaust test or slowly pull the valve body with a wrench; grind the valve core and valve seat to make them tight.
(3) If the gap between the valve stem and the housing is too small, the gap between the valve stem and the housing can be appropriately enlarged when stuck due to thermal expansion.
(4) If due to installation reasons, remove the safety valve and reinstall it. If there is debris blocking the inlet of the valve or the blind plate is not removed, remove the barrier and remove the blind plate.
(5) If there is inappropriate weight on the lever, it should be removed.
(6) If the pressure acting on the valve core is weakened due to air leakage caused by poor sealing of the valve core and valve seat, the air leakage should be eliminated.
3. The automatic opening does not reach the opening pressure. The main reasons and treatment methods are:
(1) Due to the insufficient distance between the weight of the lever safety valve and the fulcrum of the valve core, or the adjusting nut of the spring safety valve is not screwed in place, the safety valve is not adjusted properly. It should be adjusted correctly again to make the spring pressure adjusted to the required value again.
(2) Since the weight is not fixed well, it should be fixed again.
(3) When the pressure gauge does not check for a long time and the indication error increases, the pressure gauge should be replaced.
(4) If the assembly does not meet the requirements after disassembly and overhaul of the safety valve, it should be replaced or reinstalled.
4. The valve core of the safety valve is sluggish. The main reasons and treatment methods are as follows:
(1) When the technical performance of the safety valve is not good, and the reseating pressure does not reach the specified value, the safety valve should be replaced.
(2) When the performance of the spring is reduced or the weight moves after the lever safety valve is opened, the spring should be replaced or the weight of the safety valve should be adjusted.
(3) Due to the small exhaust capacity of the safety valve and the pressure reduction is too slow, the safety valve should be recalibrated or replaced.
