  • Q Refrigerant high pressure trip

    A Fault situation: The fault indicator lights up after the device trips. After the pressure drops, after pressing the reset button on the high and low pressure switch, the fault indicator goes out, and the device starts to run as usual.
    Cause one: The ambient temperature of the air dryer place is too high over 40.
    Cause two: The condenser and cooler are dirty.
    Reason three: The placement of the air dryer.
    Cause four: The condenser fan motor does not rotate.
    Cause five: The horsepower of the air compressor does not match the air dryer.
    Cause six: Compressed air is mixed in the refrigeration system.
  • Q Air dryer current too high trip (overload protection)

    A Failure situation: The air dryer trip failure indicator indicates that the equipment cannot be turned on. You need to manually reset the overload relay before restarting.
    Cause one: The unstable on-site power voltage causes the air compressor and fan motor current in the equipment to fluctuate greatly.
    Cause two: The air compressor is stuck inside, resulting in excessive starting current.
    Cause three: The air compressor starting capacitor is damaged.
    Cause four: The air compressor overheating protection is damaged.
    Cause five: The power distribution wires are loose, causing poor contact of the wires and causing excessive current.
    Cause six: The equipment circuit has a short circuit.
    Cause seven: The contact of the AC contactor is poor, resulting in excessive current.
    Cause eight: The thermal overload relay current is set too low or damaged.
    Reason nine: The air compressor is turned on and off too frequently.
  • Q Method for judging bumps of workpiece in spraying process

    A Method 1: Is there oil in the compressed air (can be checked on site)
    Method 2: whether the sprayed raw materials are clean (can be tested on site)
    Method 3: Is there any problem with the spray gun (can be operated on site)
    Method 4: Is there any problem with the cleaning agent of the spray gun (can be operated on site)

  • Q Air dryer has poor water removal effect

    A Failure situation: Moisture at the gas site
    Cause one: The automatic drain valve does not drain.
    Cause two: The evaporation temperature of the air dryer is too high.
    Cause three: The evaporation temperature of the air dryer is too low.
    Cause four: The horsepower of the air compressor does not match the equipment.
    Cause five: The bypass valve in the air line of the air dryer is not closed tightly.
    Cause six: The startup sequence is wrong. The air dryer should be turned on for 5 minutes before turning on the air compressor.
