  • Q Excessive pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the air dryer

    A Failure situation: There is a pressure difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the refrigerated air dryer.
    Cause one: The evaporator's evaporation temperature is too low, causing ice inside the evaporator;
    Cause two: The diameter of the compressed air pipeline is smaller than the diameter of the air inlet and outlet of the dryer;
    Cause three: There are too many corners in the compressed air pipeline;
    Cause four: The precision filter element is blocked;
    Cause five: The inlet and outlet valves are not all open;
    Cause six: The compressed air configuration pipeline is too long.
  • Q Refrigerant low pressure trip

    A
    Failure situation: After the device trips, the failure indicator will indicate that the device cannot be turned on.
    Cause two: internal leakage of refrigerant
    Internal leak can be detected by compressed air or segmented detection
    1.Compressed air detection method
    Open the bypass valve of the air line and close the inlet and outlet valves of the dryer
    Fully release the pressure of the refrigeration system, and then open the inlet valve of the dryer to allow compressed air to enter the dryer. If there is a leak in the evaporator or subcooler, the pressure gauge of the refrigeration system will have a pressure indication, and the final indicated pressure Will be as high as the pressure of the compressed air.
    2.Segmented detection method
    Cause one: The copper pipe cut sections at the inlet and outlet of the evaporator and the subcooler are respectively subjected to the pressure maintaining and leak detection of the evaporator and the subcooler.

    Cause four: the ambient temperature is too low

    Cause one: The external leakage of the refrigerant in the equipment refrigeration system.
    External leakage can be checked visually or with soapy water (mainly check the following points)
    Refrigeration accessories (pressure gauge, pressure switch, angle valve, expansion valve, filling valve, refrigerant discharge valve)
    Refrigeration system piping (condenser inlet and outlet welds, copper pipe elbow tees, capillary weld leaks, various welding points of refrigeration system copper pipes)
  • Q Why need high quality compressed air?

    A Compressed air is an important power widely used in various fields of industry. Compressed air comes from the atmosphere. The atmosphere contains a large amount of water vapor and dust. Together with the oil pollution generated when the air compressor is running, it quickly wears pneumatic equipment and blocks Valves, corroded pipes, causing air leakage, equipment damage, product scrap or quality degradation, production stagnation, increased maintenance costs, and health and safety threatened.
  • Q Daily maintenance of the air dryer

    A Daily maintenance of the air dryer
    Check whether the condenser is clean before starting to avoid poor heat dissipation;
    Check whether the safety device is reliable before starting;
    Check whether the working pressure and working current are normal after the equipment runs for 10-20min;
    After running in compressed air for 10-20min, check whether the automatic drain is adequate for drainage;
    Open the drain valve more than twice a week;
    The manual drain valve of the equipment needs to drain more than twice a day;
    When the ambient temperature is high, please check whether it exceeds 38 . If it is higher, please improve it.
  • Q Periodic maintenance of the air dryer

    A Clean the back condenser of the equipment more than once a week with dry compressed air or copper;
    Check the automatic drain valve for any blockages every month, and clean it if necessary;
    Every three months, check whether the fan blades of the cooling fan have any bad vibration.
    Check and tighten all screws, bolts and various fixtures annually;
    Check, clean and tighten all electrical connections annually.
