Heat purge regenerative desiccant air dryer is designed on the base of heatless air dryer by adding a heater. The regenerative air will heat the desiccant after temperature raised. Thus reached better regeneration efficiency. Also reduced regenerative air consumption and achieved energy saving.
1. Stable pressure dew point
Reasonable cylinder design can longer the contact time between compressed air and desiccant, slow the air flow, achieve high adsorption efficiency, and stable the initial pressure.
2. Long service life
An additional 30% desiccant proportion is used to compensate for the natural aging of the desiccant to ensure dry quality. The incoming compressed air is filtered by high efficiency oil remover to keep the desiccant from contamination. Under normal conditions, desiccant service life is more than 3 years.
3. Flexible customized requirement
